These terms apply to your use of divahar.in and to any product you buy from Divahar Digital, a business owned by Divahar C and based in Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell digital products such as templates, trackers, guides and similar files. Each product page describes what is included. Product descriptions are given in good faith; minor differences in design or formatting may occur as we improve products.

2. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Launch or offer prices are valid only for the period shown, and we may change prices at any time without affecting orders already paid for.

3. Licence to use

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your own business. You may edit the files for your own use. You may not:

• resell, share, give away or publicly post the files, in original or edited form;
• include them in another product, course or bundle that you sell or distribute;
• claim the product as your own work.

All content remains the intellectual property of Divahar Digital.

4. No guarantee of results

Our products provide templates, frameworks and guidance. Results depend on how you use them, your effort, your market and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific income, clients, leads or business results.

5. Delivery and refunds

Delivery is digital and instant; see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or copy its content for commercial use.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
